Daily Schedule/Excursions
We start our time together with dinner and a copal ceremony. The first full day we will settle in to the land with morning yoga class and a mid day garden tour. We will be fed three times a day all week long. Excursions are offered and included in your price but not mandatory. You can join us on a guided river tour on kayaks, float downstream and stop to swim in the pools, take cooking classes, and visit the local market. Xunantunich Temples are a must see! There will also be time to relax and rest on the property. Remember, this trip is all about YOU, make sure you do what you want and what fills your cup!
The Yoga Experience
The yoga space is open air, spacious, and provides a wonderful place for creative movement. There will be two optional yoga classes daily taught by Kate; vinyasa flow, bikram method, yin/restorative yoga, partner stretching, and a class on mediation and breath work. You can pick and choose which classes you want to take or participate in all of them! All yoga mats and props will be provided which makes it easy for travel!
Tips from the owners
Wi-Fi is available only in the main lodge, not in rooms or around the grounds. It’s reliable for normal browsing and usually strong enough for video calls, but cannot be guaranteed due to off-grid infrastructure.
A gallon jug of filtered drinking water is in every room (refilled daily or upon request). Please bring a water bottle!
Belize generally uses the same voltage and plug types as the United States (110V, type A/B outlets), and this is what is available at Jade Jungle Resort.
Tap water at Jade (from our artesian spring-fed stream) is safe for brushing teeth, but always drink the filtered water provided. Do not drink tap water at other locations in Belize.
Jade Jungle Resort provides daily room cleaning plus an evening turndown service.
A pool is being built on the property and we cant wait to use it in between classes for a quick dip, or for lounging in the sunshine with a good book and a refreshing drink.
This is your VACATION! Do what feels great for you! If practicing multiple yoga classes a day is what you want then I am here for you! However, some guests like to take days off of yoga and explore the land and rest. I fully support your choices and never make yoga classes mandatory. This is time for you to recharge and enjoy yourself.

Prices include 6 nights all inclusive accommodations, three meals a day, multiple yoga classes daily, transportation from/to airport. Air fare not included.
A $500 non-refundable deposit is due to reserve your spot. Payment in full is due September 1, 2026. Personal payment plans are available.

Getting to Belize | Travel Tips
Fly into Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) in Belize City. The transportation to Jade Jungle Resort from the airport is included. The ride is approximately 1.5-2 hours, depending on traffic, weather and road conditions. Once I collect flights I will arrange a shuttle for each guest to Jade from the airport. You do not need a visa to travel into Belize. Find your passport and get it ready for our trip!
